Directions to Therapy Works We are conveniently located on Brambleton Avenue (Rt. 221) near where it intersects with Electric Road (Rt. 419) in the Cave Spring Corners area. From this intersection go south on Brambleton for .2 of a mile and our office (gray chalet type building) is on the left directly across from Country Cookin’. .
From I-81:	Take Exit 141 and go towards Roanoke on Rt. 419 (Electric Road) for approximately 8 miles. until you come to the intersection of Rt.221. Turn right on 221, go .2 of a mile and our office will be on the left across from Country Cookin'. OR Take Exit 143 (I-581 South) and follow directions below. .
From I-581:	Go south to the end of I-581. Exit at Tanglewood Mall / Rt. 419. Go Right on to Rt. 419 (Electric Road.) Go approximately 2 miles and turn Left on to Rt. 221 South (Brambleton Avenue.) Go .2 of a mile and our office will be on the left across from Country Cookin'. .
From Salem:	Take any of the roads that will take you to Rt. 419, then go towards Roanoke (away from I-81) until you come to the intersection of Rt.221. Turn right on Rt. 221 South. Go .2 of a mile and our office will be on the left across from Country Cookin’. ..
Coming to Roanoke on Rt. 220 North:	Shortly after passing Walmart on your right, you will follow signs for Rt. 220 and Rt. 419 to exit (at the beginning of I-581). At the end of the exit ramp turn Left on to Rt. 419. Go 2 miles and turn Left on to Rt. 221 South. Go .2 of a mile and our office will be on the left across from Country Cookin’. .
